Due to continued growth of its service business, Modern Group has announced the start of an aggressive recruitment effort targeting qualified shop and road technicians for every division and market served by the company. This program includes a $1,000 signing bonus awarded after 90-days to all new technicians joining Modern. Technicians with experience servicing forklifts, construction and arborist equipment, warehouse docks and doors, standby power generators, cranes or bucket trucks are encouraged to apply.
As part of this effort Modern's President and CEO Paul Farrell was featured in a YouTube video promoting the signing bonus offer and what makes working at Modern Group so exceptional:
